Forms and Dues
Brian will be in Hotung in the campus center from 7PM to 10PM on Nov. 1. Brian, Lindsay or Kathleen will be in Hotung on Tuesday from 6-10PM to collect dues and forms.
Dues: $50
Fundraising: $200 OR $150 = opt-out
Waterville Deposit: $100
All fees for the Ski Team are payable by cash or check.

Late fees will be $5 dollars for every week you are late beyond November 3rd
If you are worried that you can’t pay all of these fees at once please let Lindsay, Brian, or Kathleen know, and we can set up a payment plan.
USCSA Sign Ups:
Sign up for USCSA will cost you $10 by credit card, or if you for some reason are not able to pay by credit card, there is an option to print it out and you will need to bring $10 dollars extra when you come to pay dues and fundraising. You also need to very carefully put in your class credits and such, because these will be double checked by the admissions office to confirm your academic eligibility.
The USCSA site will send you a confirmation email, make sure you click the link or you will not be signed up.

USSA.org
To get a USSA membership, you can either sign up online or print and mail in an application.
To sign up online, follow this link and then click the Membership Tools drop down in the upper right hand corner. Click Online Registration on the drop down, which will take you to a log in form. Click the Create a New Account button on the right side of the page. Once you have created an account, click register for membership from your account dashboard.
If you want to mail the form in, print this form, and fill out the pertinent information.
Make sure you sign up for a non-scored membership unless you have raced USSA in the past. This is the $90 dollar option.
The only benefit of paying the extra $40 would be the ability to see your USSA points. Our division keeps individual standings and results, so you will be able to see these even without a scored membership.
We are in the Eastern division. You will also need to fill in your insurance information.
